This easy to use charcoal basket allows you to fill with charcoal, light one end,
and walk away for more than 6-1/2 hours, without having to tend the fire.
Just fill ¾ full of regular or hardwood charcoal. You can also place wood chips
or chunks or small logs at the beginning, middle, & end of the burn area for
placing smoke into the meats at the best times during the cooking cycle.
Pour 1/3 of lit chimney of charcoal into charcoal basket at one end, and slide
the lit end into the firebox first, closest to main chamber of your smoker.
Cut air intake & smokestack back to 1/2, operate smoker at 250 for about 6 Hours.
